As a Lead Instrumentation and Control Engineer, you will be instrumental in all facets of control and automation engineering for transformative programs impacting essential UK infrastructure, with chances to engage in landmark engineering initiatives both domestically and internationally.

Your Responsibilities

Lead a team to execute technical design tasks adhering to relevant design standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Develop briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals. Effectively manage timelines and budgets to meet key project milestones and schedules. Collaborate closely with teams in the UK and internationally to deliver cohesive design solutions. Comply with quality assurance standards in design.

What You Bring

Chartered Engineer in Electrical/Instrumentation. Proven experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects. Comprehensive knowledge of ICA design (instrumentation, PLC, and SCADA systems), motor control systems, system architecture, fieldbus/communication networks, P&IDs, ATEX installation practices, functional safety, and the development of control specifications (URS/FDS), schedules, and system requirements within process/industrial environments. Proficiency in utilizing appropriate digital analysis tools, adhering to applicable standards, working practices, and national guidelines.

Additional Information:
