The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from procurement and design to delivery and post-contract duties. You will collaborate with a skilled team to provide professional advice and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including procurement, design, and delivery
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
  • Ideally MRICS/CIOB qualified or working towards APC
  • Experience in both professional and project-based work
  • Expertise in new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors
  • Strong skills in program, cost, and procurement advice
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams
  • Knowledge of building technology, compliance, and defect diagnosis
