Senior Private Client Solicitor Partnership Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team as a Partnership Opportunity. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of matters, including wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship and support for the elderly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, tax planning, and estate administration
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the wider partnership team to contribute to the development of the department and drive the business forward
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on private client law matters
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 6 years PQE in private client law
  • Proven track record in business development and strong billings
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused, and outcome-orientated
