About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support daily operations of a designated production line/team within the Production Hall at Hilton Foods.
As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery as required to ensure efficient production processes.
- Ensuring all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch to maintain production flow.
- Having a thorough understanding of product specifications and ensuring they are readily available for reference.
- Supporting the team in the implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to ensure required standards of work are met.
- Providing recommendations to the training function for all line operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Providing positive motivation and guidance to reporting staff to foster a productive work environment.
