Job Title: Academy Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily business operations, including financial tasks, HR functions, and office administration.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and innovation, aligning with our company's overall objectives.
  • Oversee client and team management systems, gathering and presenting data relevant to management and team KPIs.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, on-boarding, training, and continuous development of staff, including recruitment of office personnel as required.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment by developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts requirements, track expenditures, and analyze financial variances, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Support strategic goals by gathering relevant business, financial, service, and operations information, defining objectives, evaluating trends and options, and assessing outcomes to align office and HR operations with company goals.
  • Maintain high-quality service and customer service standards, ensuring they are consistently upheld across the team.
  • Contribute to overall company success by aligning office operations with broader company objectives.
  • Engage in lead generation through market research, outreach, and networking, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Track and analyze sales data, providing performance reports and collaborating with marketing teams to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in administrative duties and effective people management skills.
  • Professional, organized, and comfortable undertaking a variety of office-based management duties.
  • Ability to coordinate daily business operations and various off-site logistics when necessary.
  • People-focused, dynamic, and proactive, with a strong interest in joining a growing business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and present data relevant to management and team KPIs.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment by developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
