Job Title: MEP Design Coordinator / Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Coordinator / Manager to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our Design Department, you will be responsible for managing consultants and working on flagship hotel schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage consultants on a daily basis
  2. Work through the design process from pre-con through to project completion
  3. Engage on flagship hotel schemes in Central London
  4. Take on your own projects
Requirements:
  1. 1 – 10 years experience in the industry
  2. Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Building Services
  3. Hotel experience preferable but not essential
  4. Ideally someone coming from a consultancy background who wants to go main contractor
  5. Someone who is willing to learn, driven and ambitious
  6. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
