We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Garden Centre Manager to join our team at MorePeople.
The ideal candidate will have a good retail background with proven supervisor qualities and a passion for driving sales and developing best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with department heads to ensure maximum sale opportunities and further development of your teams in all areas of customer service, merchandising standards, and product knowledge.
- Take responsibility for the whole centre when the Centre Manager is absent and lead and manage a team of colleagues across the whole store.
- A good retail background with proven supervisor qualities.
- A passion for driving sales and developing best practices.
- Great knowledge of the retail world and ability to take initiative.
- A can-do approach and ability to respond to challenges.
