Your Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a skilled Solicitor to enhance our medical negligence team, with the opportunity to work from various locations.

The selected candidate will collaborate with an experienced Partner specializing in medical negligence, representing clients who have endured significant injuries. The role involves securing substantial compensation to support clients' rehabilitation and care needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload while providing assistance on complex, high-value cases.
  • Utilize analytical and commercial skills to identify critical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strive for interim payments to facilitate timely rehabilitation and care arrangements for clients.
  • Contribute to a team dedicated to enhancing clients' quality of life through expert legal support.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Solicitor with a strong passion for medical negligence and a proven track record in handling high-value cases. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong client interaction skills and the ability to provide sound legal advice.
  • Demonstrable technical expertise in medical negligence law.
  • Experience in supporting senior colleagues on complex cases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while managing individual caseloads.
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve optimal client outcomes.
