Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Help clients with their medication and provide support with mobility and transfers
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While previous experience in social care is not necessary, you'll need to be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in providing high-quality care and support.
