Job Title: Transport Compliance Co-ordinator

Join our team at HR Employment Bureau Limited as a Transport Compliance Co-ordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and accurate compliance and maintenance of our vehicles on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and book vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal fleet performance
  • Support the Head of Compliance in maintaining accurate records and tracking vehicle upkeep
  • Conduct trailer inspections and condition control to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and control cab cleanliness and vehicle condition to maintain a high standard
  • Manage new damage and vehicle defect forms to ensure prompt attention
  • Download and record VDU head data to maintain accurate records
  • Support driver infringement control and attendance of meetings
  • Assist with accident management and investigations
  • Monitor and maintain web fleet KPIs, fuel tracker, and vehicle mileage
Requirements:
  • Desirable but not essential: Managers CPC
  • Good level of English and Maths
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and transport databases
  • Self-managing with good attention to detail
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • Highly organised with the ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet requirements
  • Ability to adhere to processes
