We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Ethan James, a leading construction and building services company. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in estimating additional works and major projects, working closely with our internal delivery team and external contractors and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and quantity surveying, with a strong understanding of construction and engineering projects. You will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

We operate as both a Principal and Sub Contractor, and as such, we are looking for an Estimator who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and has experience in estimating and quantity surveying within a Tier 1 or 2 contractor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful company, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about construction and engineering, and has a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed estimates for construction and engineering projects
