Role Responsibilities - Facade Project Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Facade Project Leader to oversee the execution of student accommodation integrated with retail and leisure/workspace areas (utilizing clay bricks at the ground level and a panelized brick slip system for upper levels).
- Oversee the facade package.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure project completion.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Manage project costs and any associated variations.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings.
- Oversee the overall facade completion timeline.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in a construction-related field.
- Strong grasp of facade design and detailing.
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, manufacturing methods, installation processes, and testing protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in managing all phases of facade projects.
