Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to our clients on a range of matters, including tax planning, wills, and wealth protection.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a leading law firm and work with a high-calibre client base. You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with high net worth clients and handling complex tax planning, wills, and wealth protection issues
  • Lasting powers of attorney
  • Trusts, trust corporations, and family investment companies
  • High value probates, including foreign elements and experience of claiming BPR and APR
  • Key knowledge of tax and inheritance tax planning
  • Complex tax planning
  • Trusts (creation, administration)
  • Administration of estates with foreign elements
  • Corporate/commercial awareness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background and a clear ambition for career progression
  • Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills, with the ability to build client relationships and communicate confidently at senior levels
  • A proven track record in business development and a strong desire to play a key part in maintaining the firm's profile
