About the Role

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support services to adults with learning disabilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Support Worker to provide personalised support to adults with learning disabilities living in our supported living service. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and a commitment to promoting independence and quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful personal care in accordance with individual support plans
  • Support service users in maintaining the safety, security, cleanliness, and comfort of their homes
  • Be responsive to changing needs and preferences of service users
  • Respect and promote the rights and entitlements of people with learning disabilities
Requirements

Experience is desirable, but not essential. We are seeking individuals with the right values who are keen to make a positive difference to the lives of our service users. Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
