About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd. As an experienced Machine Operator, you will play a crucial part in the manufacture of aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines and other precision equipment to produce high-quality aerospace components.
  • Work with heat treatment, chemical plating, and other processes to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet strict industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a machine operator role.
  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings and understand precision measuring techniques.
  • Flexibility to work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, including weekends.
  • Good understanding of team work and appreciation for quality.
  • Fully fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Fully numerate.
