Job Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning glass and floor surfaces in public and employee areas using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
  • Emptying trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper containers
  • Inspecting the condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and reporting damages
  • Responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments
  • Identifying and reporting preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
  • Following all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • Welcome and acknowledging all guests according to company standards
  • Supporting the team to reach common goals
