Job Role – Renewal / Retention Specialist

Job Location – West Sussex

Salary – OTE £ 50,000

Working closely with the Sales Manager, this position will involve identifying and contacting customers who have previously purchased a vehicle from the dealership and whose finance agreement is due to expire. Your role will be to contact these customers, book appointments for your sales executive colleagues, and calculate prices and finance payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers by telephone to make appointments for sales staff
  • Identify potential renewal customers from a daily list of customers due in for service
  • Calculate finance payments for customers
  • Review appointments with sales staff
  • Follow up by telephone with customers following appointments
  • Provide reports and analysis of appointments and sales to management team
  • Provide backup and support to Transaction Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Car Finance Renewal / Retention Specialist
  • Computer proficiency to build customer quotes, track performance, and communicate with customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
