About the Role
Prima Ardelle Associates is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our client's team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance work, providing accurate estimates, and inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance work, including servicing, brake pad and disc replacement, and exhaust maintenance, to improve vehicle functionality and longevity.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair or maintenance jobs and keep the Service Team informed.
- Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade.
- Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.
- Keep logs on work and issues.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Full, clean driving license (essential).
- Own tools (desirable).
- Independent or Fast Fit experience.
