We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team at Derby Hotels Collection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing and selling our luxury hotel brand to clients in the UK and Ireland region, with a focus on the London market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and contract for hotels in our portfolio that cater to the MICE and corporate travel segments.
- Sourcing new business opportunities in line with our strategy and objectives for each hotel.
- Research and analysis of target accounts, market trends, competitor activity, and other relevant factors.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales on all contracting processes across various segments.
- Conduct direct sales calls and presentations to current and prospective clients.
- Support and attend key tradeshows, roadshows, and networking events.
- Report to the Regional Director of Sales in the London Sales Office, providing production reports, data analysis, and other relevant information.
- University degree in Hospitality, Business, or Humanities.
- Clear sales focus and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Spanish and another European language is highly desirable.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Project Management software.
- Knowledge of Tesipro/Ulyses Cloud and CRM Salesforce is advantageous.
