Service and Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Industrial Automation and Projects team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical control systems across the UK and occasionally in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to verify equipment installation and identify any discrepancies.
  • Perform system testing and validation according to Installation and Commissioning Test (ICT) documents.
  • Debug and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems, resolving code and interface issues.
  • Configure and test sensors, verifying system operation and functionality.
  • Conduct client site acceptance testing and perform system-wide operational control tests.
Requirements:
  • Hold a HND level or above in electrical or control engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in testing electrical control systems.
  • Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
