We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our client's Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in London. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and their families, while also contributing to the development and implementation of holistic care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for children
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Foster strong relationships with children and their families
- Supervise and assess students, and lead shifts as needed
- Annual salary of up to £55,000, with an additional £3,000 per annum for PICU qualifications
- 25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy or sell leave
