About the Role

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our client's team in a Pharmaceutical company based in the Durham area.

The successful candidate will work within the Pharmacy Department, collaborating with various teams to ensure patients receive accurate and timely medication. As a key point of knowledge for pharmaceutical products, the Pharmacist will provide expertise to their team and the wider company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense pharmaceutical products accurately, adhering to strict regulations and patient-specific prescriptions.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed in collaboration with prescribing physicians.
  • Educate patients and healthcare professionals about the therapeutic benefits and potential risks of products.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and quality control of pharmaceutical products.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and suppliers to continuously improve our service offering to patients.
Requirements
  • UK Relevant Pharmacist Qualification (Degree Level)
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, and pharmacokinetics
  • Proven experience as a Pharmacist in a UK setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
What We Offer
  • Annual Salary of £50,000 - £55,000
  • 27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Additional 3 days After 1 Year)
