Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality maintenance strategy that drives site performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan that aligns with business objectives
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services in a complex and dynamic manufacturing environment. You will have a strong understanding of maintenance best practices and be able to apply this knowledge to drive site performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HNC/HND in an engineering discipline
- Proven experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence across all site teams
- Deep understanding of maintenance best practices
