The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical supervision, with experience in managing trade operatives and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of electrical services, as well as implementing processes for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise electrical trade operatives and sub-contractors
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical services
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement and quality control
  • Manage electrical work schedules and resources
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline
  • Qualified supervisory experience
  • Experience working in a social housing environment
  • NICEIC QS certification
  • 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations, 2391 or equivalent, and C&G NVQ L3 & Gold Card qualifications
