Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Drainage Assistant at Willow Pumps Limited. As a key member of our drainage team, you will play a vital role in supporting our engineers in carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers' drains.
Main Responsibilities
- Support our drainage engineers in carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers' drains.
- Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Ensure that you work in accordance with Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
- Some experience or exposure in drainage is essential.
- A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude is required.
- You should be willing to work some unsociable hours and have a keen interest and desire to progress within the drainage industry.
- A full clean driving license is mandatory.
- You should be fit and able to do a manual job.
