About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing effective diagnosis, maintenance, and repair on a range of industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.
  • Responsible for the dismantling, checking, and testing of components.
  • Providing support to other engineering teams as required.
  • Performing shift work - 4 on 4 off.
Requirements
  • A time served Maintenance Engineer, qualified to Level 3 C&G or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working on machinery within a Manufacturing facility.
  • Experience working with PLC controls.
  • PPM, breakdown, installation, and reactive maintenance experience.
  • Great communication skills, able to provide technical support internally to Production teams.
  • Able to write reports clearly - good written and verbal English.
  • Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft office.
