About the Role:
Get Recruited is excited to partner with a well-established Insurance Brokerage that is looking to enhance their commercial division. As a vital member of their skilled team, you will be responsible for expanding and nurturing a portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Duties:
1. Actively seek and engage new Commercial clients through both in-person meetings and telephonic outreach.
2. Cultivate and reinforce relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and exceptional service.
3. Evaluate client requirements and deliver tailored insurance solutions that align with their needs.
4. Perform comprehensive risk evaluations and review clients' current insurance policies.
5. Present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity in coverage options and details.
6. Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
7. Meet and exceed sales objectives as established by the organization.

Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience as an Insurance Broker, Account Executive, or Account Handler.
- In-depth understanding of Commercial Insurance offerings.
- Cert CII qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Acturis is highly advantageous.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
- Commitment to identifying the most suitable policy for clients.
