Job Summary

We are seeking a flexible team player with a great customer focus to join our Logistics department as a Warehouse Operative. As a key member of our team, you will perform a variety of tasks to deliver an excellent customer experience while contributing to our Zero Harm culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Picking and Packing: Pick and pack customer orders for flooring to designated deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload transport vehicles with flooring rolls, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a well-organized warehouse environment.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and contributing to a safe working environment.
