Job Summary

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice who will learn over time the fundamentals of business administration. This role involves providing administrative support to the sales and operational functions and ensuring the daily completion of general site administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage stationery orders
  • Assist with the purchasing of non-standard stock items
  • Monitor the shared sales email inbox to answer and follow up on customer queries
  • Complete administration tasks such as invoicing, scanning, and electronic filing of daily sales orders, advice notes, and pick notes
  • Input and process sales orders onto K8, Scope, and produce relevant labelling and delivery notes for transport

Requirements

  • No prior knowledge of business administration duties is required, although any prior experience or knowledge in the following would be favourable:
  • Customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Working in an office environment
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Methodical with an eye for detail and accuracy
