Position Overview:

The Pricing Director is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to the Account Handlers in their daily operations and account management tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input new business, modifications, and renewals into Acturis, ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
  • Generate high-quality supporting documentation within established timelines.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, contributing to a cohesive team environment that delivers professional services.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the account handling team, allowing them to concentrate on client-facing growth initiatives.
  • Comply with Group policies, procedures, and all regulatory obligations.
  • Respond to work requests with professionalism, promptness, and precision.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Prioritize client-centric practices, employing 'know your customer' (KYC) and 'treating customers fairly' (TCF) principles, while adhering to compliance standards, FCA regulations, and business policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C, including English and Mathematics.
  • Experience in client service and administration, demonstrating adherence to processes and systems with a strong focus on accuracy and detail to support service delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance broking market and an understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite, with operational knowledge of Acturis (desirable but not essential).
