NPD Chef Opportunity
Food Manufacturing and Innovation
Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

GI Pro is proud to be partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company to find an exceptional NPD Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of new and innovative food products.

Job Role:
As an NPD Chef, you will be responsible for leading the development of new food products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business growth and expanding the company's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement new product ideas, working closely with the product development team to ensure successful product launches.
2. Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
3. Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure high-quality products.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for new products.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an NPD Chef or in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
2. Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and regulations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
