Quality Controller Job Description

Brownhills Motorhomes Ltd is seeking a skilled Quality Controller to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough inspections of motorhomes to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  2. Record inspection results and provide feedback to technicians to help eliminate common faults and improve quality control processes.
  3. Liaise with the Preparation and Handover Teams to ensure consistency of quality control and meet customer expectations.
  4. Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a warm and friendly personality, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
