Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our team at Mecca Bingo, Dundee Douglasfield. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of staff, and ensuring a memorable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
