QUALITY ASSURANCE LEADER

Our client, a reputable CNC machining enterprise, is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to enhance their operational excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with industry standards.


The selected candidate will oversee the current Quality Management System, address non-conformities and customer feedback, and verify that all components meet specified standards. Additionally, the role involves conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations while developing and managing relevant procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance the existing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Address all internal Non-Conformities and Customer Feedback, including conducting Root Cause Analysis
  • Develop and manage Quality Control processes to guarantee that incoming materials and in-house manufactured products meet specifications
  • Ensure that the final products align with customer specifications and requirements
  • Conduct internal audits as per the established audit schedule
  • Generate monthly reports to track performance against Quality objectives
  • Monitor departmental KPIs through monthly reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and standards
  • Develop and manage Health & Safety processes and procedures
  • Lead initiatives related to employee Occupational Health, including annual Biological monitoring for specific personnel
Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong background in manufacturing
  • Comprehensive understanding of ISO9001:2015 requirements
  • NEBOSH certification
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
