We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Thetford site. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular plant checks and readings on essential equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance.
- Work efficiently to complete electrical and mechanical engineering tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Monitor production lines to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Perform machine inspections, conduct repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Provide mechanical or electrical assistance to breakdowns and support the production team.
- You will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with production teams.
- Be multiskilled and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
