Job Opportunity: Early Years Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as an Assessor and Coach. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Nursery Manager role and a strong understanding of the Early Years sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, providing coaching and mentoring to support their completion of the Early Years qualification.
  2. Conduct regular visits to learners in their place of work, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the quality of the apprenticeship program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Nursery Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years sector and the apprenticeship program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK driving license and use of own transport.
