We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
- Put out deliveries of new stock
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Set up promotional activities
- Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
- Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 and the opportunity to work flexible hours, with no weekend working required. You will be based in Addlestone and may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and able to work independently, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
