- Proven technical experience and exposure to Windows OS, Office suites, MS Teams, Mobile Device Management (Android), and Print Management.
- ITIL certification or other recognised IT Service Management certification.
- Meet the requirements of the UK Home Office Counter Terrorism Clearance (CTC), including having been resident in the UK for a period of more than 3 years, and having either a British, EEA, or Commonwealth passport with ILM.
