Primary Responsibilities
This position will concentrate on Digital Asset Management and/or Product Information Management services, playing a crucial role in daily martech operations. You will oversee, enrich, and ensure the quality of assets across various brands, conduct user training sessions, share industry best practices, and contribute value at every level of client interaction. Additionally, you may assist with Digital Rights Management (DRM), address user inquiries, generate reports, and cultivate strong relationships with key account individuals to foster system adoption across markets.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Ensure ICP operates on a robust foundation by fostering strong client relationships and supporting their objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business challenges, industry landscape, competitors, and brands.
- Build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels within ICP.
- Adhere to industry best practices and deliver value and excellence at every stage.
- Maintain a solid grasp of martech, digital advertising, DAM, PIM, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas and enhance existing programs.
- Engage with team members to troubleshoot and consult with account leadership as necessary.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client campaign and production requirements.
- Drive the development of work at all stages to ensure it meets and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies and best practices recommended by ICP to clients.
- Lead and conduct metadata review, cleansing, enrichment, and validation.
- Identify and rectify errors in metadata.
- Facilitate team meetings, addressing potential queries raised or escalating when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to established account processes across the team.
- Promote a culture of expertise and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with agency stakeholders to maximize new platform adoption.
- Conduct individual or group training sessions with agency stakeholders and users as required by clients.
- Generate and provide reports to support program teams.
- Conduct gap analysis support for clients.
- Assist in training Brand Asset Managers on the account.
- Provide reporting to stakeholders on platform usage metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the client's Brands to assist business and agency users in maximizing DAM adoption.
- Act as the primary escalation point for business and agency users, aiding with DAM navigation and guiding users through standard procedures.
- Validate external user access requests and needs with relevant sponsors before approving user setup.

Experience/Education:
- Proficiency in the French language is required.
- 2-4 years of industry experience in media, digital asset management, library sciences, or archives is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2-4 years of experience using a digital asset management system or other technology systems such as a digital library, CMS, PIM, or CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
- A college degree is preferred.
