Carter Jonas is seeking a talented MRICS Associate Partner to enhance our infrastructure team. This role will primarily focus on delivering property services with a rural perspective, encompassing both temporary and permanent acquisition compensation, alongside rural land and property valuation. As an Associate Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic counsel to clients within the infrastructure domain while contributing to team leadership and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting valuations of rural land and properties
  • Negotiating compensation claims effectively
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region
  • Enhancing internal systems and processes for continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards in all tasks
  • Overseeing surveyors and providing mentorship to junior team members

Requirements for Success:

The ideal candidate will be an MRICS surveyor with experience in the rural sector and a comprehensive understanding of compulsory purchase and compensation processes. A Fellowship with the CAAV is preferred. A proactive business development approach and exceptional customer service skills are essential. Familiarity with rural surveying and relevant legislation will be advantageous. A valid driving license is necessary due to the travel requirements of the position.
