Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Fulham Football Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the coordination of maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and communicating with contractors.
  • Manage the facilities help desk, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Provide support for events and activities, including setup, coordination, and cleanup.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a facilities or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and maintenance management software.
