Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Receptional. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end finance operations, financial forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and board reports to senior management and the board.
- Develop and implement KPI reporting to ensure accurate forecasting and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including quarterly VAT returns and year-end accounts.
- Manage the finance team, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices and financial controls.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
- Previous experience managing a finance team and strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Excellent Excel skills, including formulas and modelling, and experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero) and ability to adapt quickly to accommodate urgent requests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
