Student Welfare Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Welfare Manager. As a key member of our pastoral team, you will be responsible for the welfare and behavior of students within a year group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- Provide high-quality care, challenge, guidance, and support to students and their families.
- Work closely with the Student Achievement Leader and Senior Leadership Team to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Engage and inspire students to overcome personal barriers and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective systems and processes.
Requirements
- Experience of working with children or young adults in an educational environment.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and build excellent relationships with students and staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Maltby Learning Trust's Vision and Values.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
