About the Role:
As a key member of the Deverell Smith team, you will be responsible for leading the Relationship Manager team and ensuring our residents have an exceptional living experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards, fostering innovation, and making impactful decisions to enhance our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring safety, compliance, and value retention.
- Team Development: Build and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Experience: Resolve escalated issues, lead quality audits, and ensure top-tier service.
- Community Engagement: Actively plan and deliver local events, forging strong community ties.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee marketing and leasing strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with commercial operators, estate management, and retail teams to create a vibrant neighbourhood.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Leadership experience with a strong customer service background.
- Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and property maintenance.
