Job Title: Technical Solutions Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Lead to oversee the development and support of IT and digital solutions for Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and deployment of technical solutions using Microsoft Azure technology stack.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies like IoT, automation, and AI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and support teams for system maintenance.
  • Support our Engineering delivery teams in the use of operational and engineering technology.
  • Work in partnership with our Group ICT teams in delivery to the UK and Nordics business group.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a technical role within oil and gas or construction, with at least 2 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of industry software, digital technologies, and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety standards.
  • Experience working in a System Administration role / Azure qualifications.
  • Strong technical acumen.
