Maintenance Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our team at Hamilton Woods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient inspection and surveying service to our housing stock and related assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections and surveys of our properties to identify maintenance needs and develop repair plans.
- Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to our maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including progress reports and updates.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations, including UK building regulations, to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Previous experience conducting planned maintenance surveys is essential.
- Social housing experience is desirable.
