We are seeking a skilled Remedial Plumber to join our client's team, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor in the UK. This role offers a diverse and challenging environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services, ensuring compliance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image.
  • Manage customer water safe logbooks and take water samples from multiple sector properties, documenting them in accordance with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is a minimum requirement for this role.
  • Desirable experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
  • Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
