Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Oversee the implementation of construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with specifications and requirements.
  3. Manage labour, plant, and materials, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
  4. Contribute to the preparation of project programs and schedules.
  5. Plan and order materials and plant to achieve project goals.
  6. Maintain daily records of work carried out and ensure that works proceed in accordance with site programs.
  7. Ensure contract compliance and work closely with other departments to achieve project objectives.

**Requirements:**

  1. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  2. An industry-relevant qualification.
  3. Demonstrable experience in civil engineering, particularly in heavy civils.
  4. Experience working on large-scale civil engineering projects.
  5. A full driver's license.
  6. Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
