Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Trial Balance Consulting. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end payroll services to our clients, including auto enrolment, RTI reporting, year end, starter and leaver administration, and payment runs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll services for a variety of clients, including auto enrolment and RTI reporting
  • Liaise with HMRC and pension providers to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Deal with client queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Administer payroll systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality payroll services to our clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a bureau style role, preferably in a high-volume payroll environment
  • Extensive background in payroll systems and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
