Construction Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Construction Solicitor to join our team in Leeds City Centre. Our client is a reputable commercial firm that is looking to expand and is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their construction team.

The role will involve working on a variety of construction projects, including JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, infrastructure, and property contracts. You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across the property development, engineering, retail, hotel, and leisure sectors.

We are particularly looking for an NQ solicitor who has completed a seat in construction. The team is well-established and supportive, offering excellent quality work and solid opportunities for further progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with construction projects, including JCT contracts and warranties
  • Working with clients across various sectors, including property development and engineering
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing expert advice on construction law and related matters

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a seat in construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
